Department: Food & Beverages (Service) Position: Banquet Sales Executive Education: Diploma Holder/Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate Exp: 3-5 years in Hospitality Industry CTC: 25K to 30K Gender: Any Duty Timing: Shifts Job Specification- Job Description: • Handling Banquet inquiries, showing of facilities, discussion of menu, send preliminary quotations to clients. • Designing menu and finalizing menu and coordinating with clients for final requirements for the event. • Coordinate with various departments and arrange for the client requirements like sound, mike, laptop, projector, stationary, decoration, music etc. • Maintain contact with clients to understand their requirements and forward the same to various departments for smooth functioning of events. • Collecting deposits from the party before event and assisting final payment after the event.
