RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Perform all check-in and check-out tasks. 2. Manage online and phone reservations. 3. Inform guests about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay). 4. Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms. 5. Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities. 6. Respond to guest's complaints in a timely and professional manner. 7. Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs. 8. Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP guests and event attendees. 9. Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate. 10. Maintain updated records of bookings and payments. REQUIREMENT & SKILLS 1. Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk, Receptionist or similar role. 2. Experience with software, like WINHMS. 3. Excellent communication and organizational skills. 4. Degree in hotel management is a plus.
