Job Description: Finance Associate for Renowned Hotel Chain Location: Andheri East, Mumbai Qualifications: -B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) -CA Inter / CMA Inter (Dropouts only) Experience: -Minimum 1-2 years of experience in core finance work. -Brownie Point: Experience in the hospitality industry will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities: -Receivables Management: Handle customer billing, manage and process refunds, and ensure timely collection of receivables. -Payables Management: Process vendor payments and ensure accurate accounting of all payables. -Income Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations of income to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. -Bill Checking: Review and verify bills for accuracy and completeness. -Tax Compliance: Manage TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) & TCS (Tax Collected at Source) to ensure compliance with tax regulations. -Journal Entries: Pass necessary journal entries in the accounting system to maintain accurate financial records. Skills: -Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. -Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. -Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. -Good communication and interpersonal skills.
