Job Summary: As a Guest Service Associate (Front Office), you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless check-in, stay, and check-out experience. Your role involves delivering exceptional guest service with a welcoming attitude and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes. Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously. Reservation Management: Handle bookings, room assignments, and payment transactions efficiently. Update and manage the hotel reservation system accurately. Communication: Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to meet guest needs. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation. Problem Resolution: Resolve guest concerns proactively and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary. Qualifications: Education: Diploma/degree in Hotel Management or equivalent. Experience: 2-3 years in a similar role Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using front office software (e.g., Opera, IDS). Problem-solving ability and attention to detail. Work Environment: Rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. Requires standing for extended periods.
