Job Description - • Greeting clients and setting a positive office atmosphere • Answering the phone, taking messages and redirecting calls to respective offices • To abide by the mission statement of the hotel, the department and the respective section. • Welcome guests on arrival at the Hotel. • Instant recognition of repeat guests. • Please ensure the Guest Registration Card is filled out before the guest arrives and obtain their signature. If any details are missing, get them from the guest and enter them into the database. • Ensure that the Guest is promptly allotted the assigned room courteously. • To verify payment details in absence of any instructions to the contrary. • To take advance payments/swipe the Credit Card imprint wherever necessary. • Note guest Departure request. • In case of Walk-in guests coordinate with the Hotel manager before checking in the Guest. • Ensure that all complaints are promptly attended to and check with the Guest for Feedback. • To inform Concierge and Housekeeping about Guest Departure. • To have a thorough knowledge of Rooms, Suites and Tariffs.
