Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic at all times. Prepare ingredients for high-quality dishes, following precise instructions and standards. Measure dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately. Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. Support the kitchen team in enforcing health and safety standards. Participate in the plating and presentation of dishes. Assist with inventory control and stock management.
